Hi, I’m Olamide – the creator of NutriBakes and Beyond.
My relationship with healthy food goes deeper than most. I hold a BSc in Microbiology and an MSc in Public Health with a major in Medical Statistics, and long before I pivoted fully into data science and technology, I was manufacturing high-fibre functional flours commercially in Nigeria, using tiger nuts, coconut, and sweet potato to create healthier alternatives for baking and cooking. That business was NAFDAC-approved and nominated for a national MSME manufacturing award. I did not just read about healthy food. I built a factory around it.
That chapter shaped everything that came after. Today, now based in Canada, I work as a data scientist – bringing the same analytical rigour I applied to public health and biostatistics to the way I think about food, nutrition, and technology. That intersection is exactly what NutriBakes and Beyond is built on.
This space is where wholesome ingredients, real cooking, and smart innovation come together. It is why I built the NutriBakes Kitchen App — AI-powered tools that help home cooks and bakers swap ingredients, plan meals, understand their food, and cook with more confidence.
